The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a pretext is called a distance contract. (regulations of Minister Cabinet)

dISTANCE CONTRACT

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, on the one hand, further on referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, further on referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure 

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. 

The Seller ensures delivery within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the product, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

right of Return 

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product by sending the Seller a letter of refusal. The Seller sends the return letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obligated to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of return. All expenses that will be incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer.

The buyer's right of return can be done only if the following conditions apply:

• the returned product (s) must be in the original packaging and the Buyer has not opened the packaging of the product;
• the product must not be damaged;
• the product has not been used, has not lost its commercial appearance (preserved labels, security films, etc.) (this does not apply to goods already damaged during delivery, for which the Buyer has objected to the confirmation of receipt of the goods.);
• the returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were received;
• if the expiration date is not shorter than 14 days, is has not been damaged and has not been used;
• If the product (s) is (are) not made directly to the Buyer by individual order;
• SPIKE BRAND has the right to refuse to take back the product if the deadlines for returning the product are not met.
